to be fit

The most important thing in life is to be fit and healthy! Since two days I am feeling not really good – first indication – I don’t feel like smoking… And that is good. However when you are not 100% physical condidition it is almost impossible to be on the top with what you have to do… So I have been watching tv shows and trying to read and also drink as much tea as I can and I hope to go back to my normal active mood soon.
